How Booking Works

We begin with a brief conversation to ensure we’re a good fit.

If we decide to move forward together, you’ll receive a contract outlining the scope of support, session frequency, scheduling expectations, and payment details. Once your agreement is signed and payment is received, your place is officially reserved.

Ongoing sessions are scheduled intentionally and collaboratively, rather than through open self-booking, to support consistency, rhythm, and nervous system safety.

Scheduling & Session Rythm

Ongoing sessions are scheduled intentionally rather than through open self-booking. We set a recurring rhythm together that aligns with your package, with sessions intended to be used within the month they’re scheduled for. Details around rescheduling and missed sessions are included in your contract.

Contracts & Payment

All services require a signed contract prior to beginning work.

Your agreement will clearly outline:
