The Mindful Moments Method™ is my way of walking with you through the real, messy parts of motherhood—reactivity, shame, exhaustion, and loneliness—and helping you move toward something softer and more grounded.

In our work together, we focus on:

The Gentle Beginning

You’ll receive:

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
    Foundational support to help you understand your reactions, learn basic regulation tools, and start practicing them in simple, doable ways.

  • Mindful Moments workbook

  • Voxer (voice/text) support check ins
    So you’re not alone with questions or big feelings during the week.

Bloom is ideal if:
You’re new to this work, feeling overwhelmed, and want a manageable, gentle place to begin without overcommitting your time, energy, or budget.

Blossom

For the mom who wants weekly support and is ready to go deeper into her patterns, reactions, and daily rhythms.

Softening, Expanding

You’ll receive:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
    Steady, week-by-week support to apply your tools in real time, unpack your patterns, and practice modeling calmer responses with your child.

  • Mindful Moments workbook

  • Voxer (voice/text) support Monday–Wednesday
    For check-ins, questions, and “this just happened” moments between sessions.

  • 1 monthly add-on session

    Blossom is ideal if:
    You’ve begun to learn tools or do your own healing work, but you know you need consistency and fresh perspectives to really shift how your days feel.

Flourish

You’ll receive:

  • Extended weekly 1:1 sessions
    Deep-dive coaching that works with longer-standing patterns, identity shifts, and layered situations in your motherhood and life.

  • Mindful Moments workbook

  • Priority Voxer (voice/text) support Monday–Friday
    Faster responses and more in-the-moment guidance when things are intense.

  • 2 monthly add-on sessions

    Flourish is ideal if:
    You’ve done some work already and you’re ready to go deeper—tending to root-level patterns, reshaping your identity as a mother, and integrating this into the way your whole home runs.

For the mom who’s ready for the most immersive support and wants to see deep, sustained changes in herself, her child, and her home environment.

Rooted, Confident

Add-on sessions are customized to your season and needs. We can zoom in on things like your daily home rhythm and routines, your child’s environment and support (drawing from my Montessori and childcare background), practical house systems and organization (from my years as a professional cleaner/organizer), or gentle changes to your nutrition and lifestyle (through my holistic health coaching). Together we choose what will serve you most in this season.

What Happens In Our Sessions

Our sessions are spacious, honest, and practical. You bring what’s really happening—meltdowns, mom rage moments, exhaustion, guilt, questions, hopes—and we sit with it together. I draw on my background in child developmental psychology and education, years as a Montessori teacher and family support practitioner, and my own lived experience in motherhood to offer grounded, research-informed guidance that feels do-able.

The goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to bring together solid knowledge about children and nervous systems, real-life experience, and compassionate support so you can become more aware, more regulated, and more confident in the way you show up—for yourself and for your child

    You can go straight to the Shop to purchase Bloom, Blossom, or Flourish and we’ll follow up with scheduling and next steps.
